SHIPPING COSTS
We’ve kept this one relatively simple and we charge a flat rate fee of £5 across all orders.

Last date for Christmas & New Years Eve delivery
To guarantee delivery for Christmas please place all orders by midnight on Thursday 19th December.
For delivery by NYE/31st Dec, please place any orders by midnight on 27th December.

When will I receive my order?
All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders placed between 16-19th Dec are guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
Orders placed between 20th-26th Dec will be dispatched on 27th Dec.
Please keep a look out for our emails as we’ll notify you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 5 working days from the dispatch date before contacting our customer service on orders@twofold-spirits.com.

I need my order sooner
If you have purchased for a gift/special occasion and require your order sooner than our advised dispatch date, please get in touch with Charlotte orders@twofold-spirits.com.

Do you offer collection / collection from Upstairs restaurant
We don’t currently offer the option for any in-person collections. All our orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Can you ship outside of the uk?
We are currently only shipping to addresses in the UK, but watch this space!

My item is damaged
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us at orders@twofold-spirits.com with your order number, name and address along with details and photos of the item in its current state.

Can I return my order?
We always hope you're happy with your order, but you do have 14 days from receiving to return. All returns must be; sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received them. If you wish to make a return, please contact orders@twofold-spirits.com.

When will I receive my refund?
If you have returned your items: All returns are inspected once we receive them. We will then contact you to advise of our acceptance or refusal of any refund. Any refunds will be made to your original payment method and will appear within 10 working days.
